According to Spanish real estate experts, this year investments will reach between 8.000€-9.500€ million, depending on whether or not residential real estate investments are included. These figures are lower than previous year's, but consultants claim that it is the consolidation of the sector's recovery.

Last operations registered in September have raised third quarter investments, compared to second quarter. Cumulative figures up to September are between 6.188€ million and 7.400€ million, after the investment 'stop' between April and June, for last year.

According to forecasts, 2016 real estate investment in Spain will close between the 8.000€ million foreseen by Jones Lang LaSalle, between 8.500€ -9.000€ million of CBRE and the more optimist forecast of 9.500€ million from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
